There are no subscription fees for the service. Downloading Backup Assistant will require approximately 1 MB of data; standard data charges may apply.

With Annual Upgrade, sign up for a two-year agreement on a plan that's at least $49.99 and you can purchase a new phone at its promotional price every year with a two-year renewal (upgrade fee may apply).
