Göttingen, 20. Dezember 2004 - Nach dreimonatigen Bauarbeiten ist die Geismar Landstraße in Höhe des Rathauses auf ganzer Breite wieder für den Verkehr freigegeben. Der Göttinger Bereich Infrastruktur/Tiefbau von Wayss & Freytag Schlüsselfertigbau führte die umfangreichen Arbeiten im Auftrag der Stadt zwischen September und Dezember aus. In einem feierlichen Akt wird die Strecke heute eröffnet.

Bunnik, 10 December 2004 – On 9 December 2004, after the closing of the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange, Royal BAM Group has placed 1.25 million ordinary shares with domestic and international institutional investors at a price of €32.60 per share. The proceeds of the transaction are intended to be used to finance the purchase the 1.57 million non-convertible cumulative preference shares (CPSs) currently held by ING. The share issue has been arranged by ING Investment Banking.

Bunnik, 9 December 2004 – Royal BAM Group has reached agreement with ING regarding the purchase of all non-convertible cumulative preference shares (CPSs) held by ING. Royal BAM Group will issue new ordinary shares to finance this buyback.
