Bunnik, Netherlands, 11 May 2006 – Müller-Altvatter (a German operating company of Royal BAM Group and specialised in building projects) has been awarded a PPP contract for the realisation of a prison building in München, in cooperation with Südleasing GmbH. It will be the first privately financed prison of Germany. Client is Freistaat Bayern. The investment sum amounts to approximately € 27 million.

(Longmont, CO) May 9, 2006 – Audubon Bridge Constructors, a joint venture led by Flatiron Constructors, has been chosen by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) to design and construct the new $348M cable-stayed bridge across the Mississippi River.

HBG UK Ltd has achieved eight years of consistent year-on-year profit increases with excellent results for 2005, alongside a record order-book at year-end. Edmund Nuttall Ltd continued to trade successfully during 2005. Turnover remained stable at £470 million whilst profit before tax increased to £24 million, which represents an above average industry margin of 5.1%. The forward order book position as at 1st January 2006 has improved significantly to £798 million worth of secured work. These results reinforce Nuttall’s position as one of the UK’s best performing civil engineering contractors.

Bunnik, Netherlands, 4 May 2006 - During the general meeting of shareholders of Royal BAM Group nv held in Amsterdam on 3 May 2006, the Executive Board announced that the Amsterdam options exchange Euronext.liffe intends to list options on Royal BAM Group nv shares. It is expected that the new options will be launched at 20 June 2006. The ticker symbol will be BAM. Euronext.liffe is the derivatives business of Euronext.
