Bunnik, The Netherlands, 29 May 2007 - BAM PPP - the operating company of Royal BAM Group, which specialises in the investment and operation of public-private partnership projects - has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the investor DIF (Dutch Infrastructure Fund) to form a joint venture to separately hold the equity in part of its investment portfolio. BAM PPP will initially hold a majority share in the new company, but the intention of both parties is to have equal shares by the end of 2009.

Camberley, 29 May 2007 - The Great Yarmouth Port Company has awarded a Joint Venture of Van Oord UK Ltd and Edmund Nuttall Ltd a Construction Contract worth in the region of £50m for their Outer Harbour Development.

Bunnik, The Netherlands, 22 May 2007 – Royal BAM Group is in negotiations with a large, internationally operating, European construction group about the possible sale of the US operating company Flatiron Construction Corp., based in Longmont, Colorado. Flatiron specialises in design and construction of (mainly large-scale) transportation projects. It is expected that the negotiations will lead to conclusions by the end of August.

Bunnik, The Netherlands, 9 May 2007 - During the general meeting of shareholders of Royal BAM Group nv held in Amsterdam on 8 May 2007, the dividend for the financial year 2006 has been set at € 0.45 in cash per ordinary share of nominal value € 0.10.

Bunnik, Netherlands, 7 May 2007 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group will appoint Mr G.K. Mazloumian BSc (Hons), CEng, MICE Director of Interbeton bv at Gouda with effect from 1 August 2007. George Mazloumian (52) has been employed by the Group since 1973 and is currently Area Manager Arabian Gulf of Interbeton.

Bunnik, The Netherlands, 8 May 2007 – Royal BAM Group nv will confirm during the general meeting of shareholders of Royal BAM Group nv to be held in Amsterdam this afternoon, the outlook 2007 as has been published on 22 March 2007. Royal BAM Group expects, based on current information and the quality of the order book, to achieve a turnover in 2007 of approximately €9 billion and deems a net result of at least €200 million feasible.

3 May 2007 – BAM PPP has reached financial close on Solihull Council’s £83m BSF project. BAM PPP is sponsoring the deal with HBG UK providing an integrated solution with HBG Construction as building contractor, HBG Design providing some of the design services and HBG Facilities Management providing services on the 27 year operational concession.

Bunnik/Rotterdam/Haarlem, Netherlands, 3 May 2007 – Consortium Autobahnplus has reached financial closefor widening 37 km of the A8 motorway between Augsburg and Munich. Autobahnplus is a consortium formed by BAM PPP, Trapp Infra Wesel (VolkerWessels), Fluor Infrastructure, Berger Bau and Egis Projects. The client is the Motorway Authority for South-Bavaria (Autobahndirektion Südbayern) on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Transport.

Camberley, 27 April 2007 - Edmund Nuttall Ltd had an excellent trading year during 2006. Turnover improved significantly to £567 million whilst a pre tax profit of £19.8 million represented a margin of 3.5% on an enhanced turnover. These results again confirm Nuttall as one of the leading civil engineering contractors in the UK market.

London, 27 April 2007 - HBG UK Ltd (HBG), the construction, property development, design and facilities management arm of Royal BAM Group in the UK, has announced a record profit before tax for the year ending 31 December 2006 of £42.0 million (2005: £24.3 million), representing a rise over the previous year of 73%. Turnover for HBG also rose significantly to £882.3 million (2005: £776.4 million), as did its secured order book which, at 31 December 2006, stood at £1.6 billion (2005: £1.4 billion).
