Bunnik, Netherlands, 26 April 2007 - Royal BAM Group has successfully completed the acquisition of all shares of the Belgian property developer Landsbeeck nv, based in Wilrijk, Belgium, as announced on 30 March 2007.

Bunnik, Netherlands, 17 April 2007 – West Dunbartonshire Council has appointed BAM PPP (the specialist PPP investment arm of Royal BAM Group) as its Preferred Bidder to provide six new schools. This contract will have a value of more than EUR 175 million and will deliver four new secondary schools and two new primary schools with Early Education and Childcare Centres. West Dunbartonshire is located in the west of Scotland and stretches from the outskirts of Glasgow to the banks of Loch Lomond.

Bunnik, Netherlands, 30 March 2007 - Royal BAM Group has reached agreement on the acquisition of all shares of the Belgian property developer Landsbeeck NV, which is based in Wilrijk, Belgium. The shares are held by the management. It is expected that the transaction will be completed within the next few weeks.

(Joint press release Volker Wessels en BAM Civiel:) Woerden, 26 March - After three years of intensive cooperation between MPU Offshore Lift ASA and Van Hattum en Blankevoort BV, subsidiary of VolkerWessels, the joint venture Van Hattum en Blankevoort bv and BAM Civiel bv have secured a EURO 55 million order to construct a concrete heavy lifter. This floating single lifter will be built for the decommissioning of offshore structures.

The National Roads Authority has selected the consortium Celtic Roads Group (CRG, formed by BAM PPP, Ascon, Dragados and NTR) as preferred bidder for M7/M8 Portlaoise Motorway PPP Scheme in Ireland.

Bunnik, Netherlands, 27 February 2007 – Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality has announced to award the construction of the Nelson Mandela Bay Multi-Purpose Stadium in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, to a joint-venture of Interbeton bv (the operating company of Royal BAM Group nv, active outside Europe) and the South African construction company Grinaker-LTA. The contract value amounts to approximately € 120 million, of which half for Interbeton.

Longmont, Colorado, 23 February 2007 – Flatiron Constructors secured a CAN$408-million (US$350-million; EUR266-million) contract to design and construct the northeast portion of the new Calgary Ring Road around Alberta’s largest city. The Alberta government chose Bilfinger Berger BOT to develop the project, and Bilfinger has selected Stoney Trail Constructors, a joint venture led by Flatiron Constructors with Parsons and Graham Construction and Engineering, to design and build a new 21-kilometer (13-mile) portion of the ring road. Flatiron’s share amounts to 61% (EUR160million).

Bunnik, Netherlands, 14 February 2007 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed new management at the British operating companies HBG UK Ltd and Edmund Nuttall Ltd. These appointments follow the proposed appointment of Mr P.B. Brooks, currently Chief Executive of Nuttall and Executive Chairman of HBG UK, to the Executive Board with effect from 8 May 2007.

Bunnik, Netherlands, 24 January 2007 – Interbeton bv (the operating company of Royal BAM Group nv, active outside Europe) has received a letter of award form the City of Johannesburg for the construction of Soccer City football stadium in joint venture with the South-Africa construction company Grinaker-LTA. In the meantime, the joint venture has already started with construction activities.

Bunnik, Netherlands, 22 January 2007 – BAM Civiel and Von Roll Inova have won a joint venture contract to construct the fourth waste incineration line at Afvalverbranding Zuid-Nederland (AZN) in Moerdijk (south of Rotterdam). The client is BV Grondbezit AVI Moerdijk. The contract value amounts to €132 million, in which BAM Civiel and Von Roll Inova each have a share of approximately 50%. BAM Civiel and Von Roll Inova also constructed the current AZN installation, which consists of three incineration lines. In addition to BAM Civiel, Siemens Nederland and BAM-sister companies BAM Techniek (M&E), BAM Leidingen & Industrie (piping) and Tebodin (consultancy and engineering) are also involved in the project.

Bunnik, Netherlands, 22 January 2007 – HBG Properties Ltd (the property development unit of Royal BAM Group’s operating company HBG UK) has sold Wellgate Shopping Centre in Dundee, Scotland, to PRUPIM (real estate investment management), who have purchased the centre on behalf of  M&G Property Portfolio, for approximately € 123 million. HBG Properties acquired the shopping centre in June 2003 to redevelop it. Since then the company has invested considerably in refurbishment of the shops and the integrated 600 space multi-storey car park.

Januar 2007 – Royal BAM Group hat die angekündigte Ausgliederung der Tiefbau-Abteilung in Göttingen durch Wayss & Freytag Schlüsselfertigbau Ende 2006 erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Der Unternehmensbereich, in dem ca. 70 Mitarbeiter tätig sind, wurde über ein  Management-Buyout verselbständigt.

Bunnik, Netherlands, 10 January 2007 – Royal BAM Group successfully completed the previously announced divestment by Wayss & Freytag Schlüsselfertigbau of the Tiefbau division in Göttingen at the end of 2006. This business unit, which employs approximately seventy people, is now independent following a management buyout.

Bunnik, Netherlands, 10 January 2007 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed Mr M. Peeters director of CEI-De Meyer, based at Brussels, with effect from 1 January 2007. Marc Peeters (40) was director of the civil engineering department of CEI-De Meyer. He succeeds Mr D. Morlion and Mr Ch. Neervoort, who both will retire.

(Longmont, CO) January 4, 2007 – The design-build team of Flatiron Constructors and Tidewater Skanska, after weeks of working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, opened the new eastbound I-10 Bridge over Escambia Bay to traffic on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 - eleven days before the deadline. Flatiron and Tidewater employees joined state representatives and local residents on the bridge to celebrate the grand opening during a ribbon cutting ceremony.
