Bunnik, The Netherlands, 25 November 2008 - Investor DIF (Dutch Infrastructure Fund) has agreed to acquire an additional 25 per cent of the shares in the joint venture with BAM PPP with the transaction to be completed in early December 2008. This joint venture in which both parties will then hold an equal share was established in December 2007 and has four operational UK PPP projects in its portfolio. The additional divestment of 25 per cent by BAM PPP will result in a book profit for BAM of approximately €10 million. This book profit was already included in BAM's net profit forecast for 2008, as published in the half-year report on 28 August 2008.

Colindale, London, 13 November 2008 - BAM Construction has been appointed by Sutton Coldfield College as the preferred contractor for its £44million Riverside Campus project. The company is now in negotiations with the College to discuss the successful delivery of the new campus which requires approval from the Learning and Skills Council before the project can go ahead.

Bunnik, The Netherlands, 10 November 2008 - Interbuild nv - operating company of Royal BAM Group, active on the non-residential building market of Flanders and Brussels - has won the contract for the construction of the Flemish Administrative Centre in Leuven. The project value amounts to approximately € 30 million. The project has been developed by Diestsepoort nv, a consortium including Kaïros, the Belgian property development company of Royal BAM Group. Diestsepoort will let the building for a period of 27 years to the Flemish government.

Bunnik, The Netherlands, 5 November 2008 – The Locorail consortium formed by BAM PPP (50%), CFE (25%) and Vinci Concessions (25%) has won the contract to build the Liefkenshoek Rail Link in Antwerp. The client is Belgian rail network infrastructure manager Infrabel. Locorail is responsible under this public-private partnership contract for the design, construction and financing of the new railway tunnel and for its maintenance for a period of 38 years. The contract value amounts to around €840 million.
