Bunnik, 28 June 2010 - The Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management (Rijkswaterstaat) has selected BAM as 'preferred bidder' for the widening of the thirty kilometre long section of the A12 motorway between Utrecht-Lunetten and Veenendaal. This involves a public-private partnership in which BAM is responsible for design, construction, financing and maintenance of the section over a period of twenty years. The contract value is around €260 million.

Bunnik, Netherlands, 17 June 2010 - Interbuild nv - an operating company of Royal BAM Group nv, active in the general construction market in Flanders and Brussels - has won a joint venture contract for the construction of the principal seat of the European Council. The contract includes the extension and renovation of Résidence Palace, located on the Wetstraat in the centre of the European quarter of Brussels. The project value amounts to approximately € 180 million, seventy percent of which is for Interbuild.

Bunnik, The Netherlands, 15 June 2010 – Koninklijke BAM Groep nv ("Royal BAM Group" or the "Company") announces that, in connection with its 5 for 7 rights offering ("Rights Offering") of 96,569,057 new ordinary shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.10 each in the share capital of Royal BAM Group (the "Offer Shares") at an issue price of EUR 2.58 per Offer Share (the "Issue Price"), it has received subscriptions for 89,046,005 Offer Shares through the valid exercise of transferable subscription rights ("Rights"). This represents a take-up of approximately 92.2% of the offering size of approximately EUR 249 million.

Bunnik, The Netherlands, 11 June 2010 - A VINCI/BAM Nuttall joint venture has been awarded a contract by Transport for London (TfL) to upgrade Victoria tube station. The contract value for BAM Nutall amounts to approximately €160 million (more than £130 million).

Bunnik, The Netherlands, 10 June 2010 - BAM Nuttall Ltd, the British civil engineering specialist of Royal BAM Group, has started the construction of the 13.4 kilometre long Luton Dunstable Busway. The contract value for BAM Nuttall amounts to more than € 55 million (more than £ 50 million). Client is Luton Borough Council.

Kill, County Kildare, Ireland, 28 May 2010 - The last leg of the Dublin Cork Motorway, the M7/M8 Portlaoise to Cullahill / Castletown PPP Motorway Scheme, was opened by An Taoiseach Mr Brian Cowen TD on Friday 28 May. The motorway was constructed by BAM in joint venture, part of the Celtic Roads Group (CRG). CRG comprises BAM, Iridium and NTR. The M7/M8 works involved the design, finance and construction of approximately 41 km of new-build motorway and its operation and maintenance commenced immediately on its opening.

(Press release Luton Borough Council) Luton, 1 June 2010 - Luton Borough Council hosted a groundbreaking start-of-works ceremony for the £89 million Luton Dunstable Busway this morning (Tuesday 1 June). Cllr Roy Davis, Portfolio Holder for Regeneration at Luton Borough Council, officially launched the scheme by turning the first earth. He said it was 'a landmark moment' for the high-tech public transport project which has been 16 years in the making. By 2012, completion of the busway will revolutionise public transport in Luton and Dunstable, reduce severe traffic congestion and deliver environmental improvements.
