Bunnik, the Netherlands, 28 December 2015 – The National Development Finance Agency (NDFA), acting as agent for the Courts Service, and BAM PPP PGGM Infrastructure Coöperatie U.A have reached financial close on the Courts Bundle PPP Project in Ireland. The contract value is approximately €135 million.

BAM Construction appointed to build £36.2 million [approximately €50 million] Hull Venue

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 17 December 2015 - Hull City Council has announced the appointment of a contractor to build a new, state-of-the-art music, events and conference centre in the city. Leading construction company BAM Construction Ltd was awarded the contract following a competitive tendering exercise, having demonstrated that it offered the best value in terms of quality and price.

BAM Techniek - Integrated Works sold to management

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 17 December 2015 - BAM Bouw en Vastgoed bv has sold its subsidiary BAM Techniek - Integrated Works to the management. The transaction includes all eight employees and work in progress.

BAM extends existing credit facilities until 2018

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 16 December 2015 – Royal BAM Group nv has reached agreement with two bank syndicates on the extension of the existing revolving credit facility to an amount of €412.5 million until 30 January 2018 and on the extension of the existing subordinated loan to an amount of €108 million until 30 July 2018. The previously agreed bank covenants remain unchanged.

Margo Hotel and GTV Hotel

Hemel Hempstead, 14 December 2015 - BAM Construction is to substantially remodel the central Westminster residential and office space at 63-65 Buckingham Gate for our client, Anquila Corporation Ltd of Hong Kong, to create a high-quality development to be known as 1, 2 & 3 Buckingham Green, SW1. The circa 230,000 sq ft mixed-use project is managed by Gardiner & Theobald on behalf of Anquila Corporation, who are in turn represented by London & Oriental.

(Press release BSI:) London, 2 December 2015 - From 2016, all government building and infrastructure projects in the UK will require level 2 BIM compliance. BSI, the business standards company today launches a verification scheme for PAS 1192-2 Information management for the capital/delivery phase of construction projects. BAM Construct UK Ltd and Skanska UK are the first two companies to be independently assessed by BSI and achieve verification.

BAM consortium wins contract for A94 Forstinning-Marktl in Germany

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 2 December 2015 – Autobahndirektion Südbayern (ABDSB) has selected the BAM, Eiffage and Berger Bau consortium as the successful bidder for the Availability Model A94 Forstinning-Marktl in Germany. The total project volume is around €1.1 billion.
