BAM will close precast yard Zuidbroek after sale is cancelled

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 28 May 2015 – In early May BAM announced its intention to sell its production facility for precast concrete elements in Zuidbroek (in the northern province of Groningen) to MBS Holding BV with effect from 1 June 2015. MBS has withdrawn from the transaction, because BAM cannot guarantee the revenue regarding future projects.

BAM Construct UK reports solid 2014

Hemel Hempstead, 13 May 2014 - BAM Construct UK has reported turnover for 2014 of £886 million (2013: £839 million), with a profit before tax of £6.6 million (2013: £10.9 million) at a margin of 0.8%. The forward order book is valued at £1.79 billion. The company deposited its 2014 report and accounts at Companies House this week.

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 7 May 2015 – The European Commission has approved a project proposal for BAM’s REnnovates innovation project. The award of a grant of approximately €5 million is part of Horizon 2020, the leading European subsidy programme for research and innovation. BAM considers REnnovates the next step in the serial renovating of homes.

BAM wins contract for 110 metre high office tower in Frankfurt

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 7 May 2015 - BAM Deutschland AG (the German operating company of Royal BAM Group nv, specialising in general building projects) has acquired a contract for the construction of the 110 metre high office tower WINX in Frankfurt am Main. BAM Deutschland will complete the office turnkey for its client, project developer DIC Group, in the autumn of 2017.

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 6 May 2015 - BAM Infra is intending to sell its production facility for precast concrete elements in Zuidbroek (in the northern province of Groningen) to MBS Holding BV with effect from 1 June 2015. MBS specialises in developing and producing precast elements. The transaction includes the 13 people employed by the business, the real estate, work in hand, and plant and equipment.

South East Water AMP6 Non-Infrastructure Capital Works Framework Awarded to BAM Nomenca Joint Venture

1 May 2015 - A joint venture between BAM Nuttall and Nomenca has been awarded a major AMP6 framework by South East Water. The multi-million pound framework is for delivery of the water company’s non-infrastructure major works for the next five years with an option to extend up to 10 years, giving a framework of 15 years.
