BAM ICONSA jv hands over LNG jetty for Costa Norte LNG Terminal in Panama

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 19 June 2018 – A joint venture consisting of BAM International, the operating company of Royal BAM Group active outside Europe, and ICONSA, a marine construction company active in Panama, has completed the construction of an LNG import jetty and an intake/outfall structure for the Costa Norte LNG Terminal in Panama. South-Korea’s POSCO E&C is the main contractor to deliver the Costa Norte LNG Terminal for AES Corporation from the US, one of the world’s leading power companies.

BAM has completed the buyback programme to neutralise the dilutive effect of the stock dividend

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 19 June 2018 – Following the announcement of 9 May 2018, BAM has completed the buyback programme of 3,853,600 ordinary shares. Between 22 May and 18 June 2018, the shares were repurchased at an average price of €3.9321 per share for a total consideration of €15.2 million.

Deputy First Minister marks start of Jedburgh Campus construction

(Press release Scottish Borders Council:) Jedburgh, 4 June 2018 - Deputy First Minister John Swinney has helped mark the start of works on the new Jedburgh Intergenerational Community Campus. Mr Swinney joined pupils from Jedburgh Grammar, Howdenburn and Parkside primary schools and Scottish Borders Councillors for the ground breaking ceremony for the innovative new facility on land at Hartrigge Park on Monday 4 June.

BAM partners with IM Group to deliver new HQ in Birmingham

Hemel Hempstead, 4 June 2018 - Midlands based IM Group has appointed BAM Construction to deliver its new £30 million corporate headquarters building in Solihull, which will bring in excess of 250 jobs to the area. The purpose-built, state of the art campus including offices and a training academy will house the IM Group of companies including IM Properties, Spitfire Bespoke Homes, International Motors, Isuzu UK and Subaru UK.

BAM International completes wharf deck Moín Container Terminal

The Hague, the Netherlands, 1 June 2018 – BAM International’s project team at Moín Container terminal in Costa Rica has completed the final pour of the 650 metres long and 35 metres wide concrete wharf deck last week. This marks the completion of a significant part of BAM's scope of the container terminal for APM Terminals.

Air Traffic Control Tower at Dublin Airport Takes Shape

Dublin, 28 May 2018 - BAM’s construction of the new 23-storey Air Traffic Visual Control (ATVC) tower at Dublin Airport, which is set to become one of the tallest structures in Ireland, is taking shape with the complex installation of a 106 tonne steel ring completed this week (Monday 28 May).
