(Press release Royal Schiphol Group:) Schiphol, the Netherlands, 30 August 2018 - Dutch construction firms will be able to carry out assignments at Schiphol with a total estimated value of 2.5 to 3.5 billion euros over a period of no more than nine years. The assignments will centre on maintaining and investing in existing infrastructure at the airport. The firms that Schiphol is taking through to the finalisation phase of the tendering process are BAM, Heijmans and VolkerWessels.

Leeds, 28 August 2018 - BAM’s North East construction team has been appointed by Leeds City Council to deliver the redevelopment of Leeds Playhouse. BAM has been developing the design from Glasgow-based architect Page\Park for the circa £15 million scheme.

BAM realises two multifunctional projects in Brussels

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 28 August 2018 –, the public body responsible for the urban development of the Brussels-Capital Region, has awarded BAM the contracts for two new projects in the Brussels borough of Anderlecht. Both projects (with a combined value of €60 million) were jointly developed by the property development companies of BAM Belgium (Kairos and Immo BAM).

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 27 August 2018 – BAM Lux, a subsidiary of BAM’s Walloon operating company Galère, has won a contract from the Luxembourg housing corporation SNHBM (Société Nationale des Habitations à Bon Marché) for the hull construction for 26 family homes in Hautcharage (in the southwestern part of Luxembourg). The contract value is approximately €3 million. BAM Lux will complete the works in the summer of 2019.
