Camberley, 22 October 2020 - Award winning apprenticeship provider, BAM Nuttall, is sponsoring and taking part in Equal Engineers virtual careers fair. Enhancing people’s lives is at the heart of what we do at BAM and signposting the pathways into the industry, incorporating a diverse group of people is what we strive for.

Only half of women with an engineering and technology degree work in our industry compare with 2/3 males. We want to continue to close this gap and educate people on why a successful business should have a diverse range of employees. See Royal College of Engineering

On 23 October Schools and colleges are invited to join the Equal Engineers virtual careers fair where we’ll be talking all things engineering.

On Monday 2 November university students can join STEM lead, Andy Dorree, who will be exploring the need for more diversity in engineering and the different career pathways at BAM, including our rated top of the industry apprenticeship and graduate programmes.

Whether it’s working in the Antarctic or constructing London’s Super Sewer, we have many opportunities to give graduates the experience they need to further their career in engineering.

Applying for your dream job can be challenging so we’ve developed a Careers module for job seekers to harness their skills and create a modern CV, which could be used in our application processes. You can complete our module here.

Due to social distancing measures, the festival, hosting a number of engineering companies, will take place on Zoom from 2-6 November.
