Invesis open for business in the US
30 November 2022 - Global investor and developer Invesis has taken the next step in its entry strategy to the US P3 market by establishing its first US business entities.
The ‘Invesis US’ operating company and investment vehicle were incorporated in the state of Delaware in November.
‘Whilst Invesis benefits from its 50-strong portfolio of P3 assets across Europe and Australia and the deep P3 expertise and experience of its 100+ strong team, we also know that to be successful in the United States we need boots on the ground’, said Vice President for the US business, Carlos Lopez Vilardell. ‘We are now genuinely open for business in the US and ready to use our Invesis US companies to enter into teaming agreements, respond to RFQs/RFPs and enter into contracts.’
Carlos together with Invesis Business Development Director Mark Moore, will be present at the P3 Government Conference in Arlington, VA, where Invesis will be exhibiting on 1-2 December. ‘We are looking forward to contributing to some interesting discussions at the conference and meeting our existing partners and contacts. We look forward to welcoming everyone to our stand’, said Lopez Vilardell.
The company is currently on a recruitment drive to develop its capability in the US and there will be a further announcement in January 2023 as Invesis US prepares to open its first office.
