BAM reports transactions under its current share buy-back programme

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 12 September 2022 – Royal BAM Group nv has repurchased 748,386 of its own shares in the period from 5 September 2022 up to and including 9 September 2022 at an average price of €2.76. The consideration for this repurchase was €2.1 million.

The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 2,357,287 shares, for a total consideration of €6.4 million.

The total number of repurchased shares represent 45 per cent of BAM’s share buy-back programme for 5,287,888 ordinary shares as confirmed on 19 August 2022, to fulfill BAM’s obligations for the various running share-based employee incentive schemes vesting up to April 2025.
