BAM and Woonbedrijf to build sustainable WoonST apartments at Van Vianenpad
On behalf of Woonbedrijf, BAM Wonen is developing 42 energy-efficient, gas-free apartments at Van Vianenpad in Eindhoven. This project focuses on sustainability, featuring heat pumps, underfloor heating, and the integration of biodiversity through green façades and bird boxes. In addition, infiltration crates will efficiently manage rainwater. These smart, environmentally friendly solutions form part of the WoonST concept, contributing to affordable, future-proof housing.
