Acquisition of MR Facility Services strengthens BAM Deutschland’s facility management services

MR Facility Services has an annual turnover of approximately €4 million and employs forty people. The company offers services relating to technical installations, domestic services and real estate management for retail, office and residential properties.

BAM Deutschland is expanding its capacity to provide facility-management services to enable it to continue to respond to increasing demand for these services, also in relation to its own growing portfolio of PPP-projects.

From BAM Deutschland, Dr H. Hahr will join the board of MR Facility Services, currently formed by Mr T. Merkl and Mr J. Rixner.
