Appointment at Tebodin
Bunnik, Netherlands, 23 January 2006 – The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv announces that Mr H.J. Hegger, chairman of Tebodin bv, Consultants & Engineers, will retire as per 1 July 2006. For 28 years Hans Hegger has been employed by Tebodin, managing the company since 1991.
Mr Hegger will hand over the chairmanship on 1 April 2006 to Mr P.L.C.A. Koolen, currently director of Tebodin.
The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group nv has appointed P. Bilek director of Tebodin as of 1 April 2006. Petr Bilek (41) is currently managing director of Tebodin Central Europe.
As of 1 July 2006 the management of Tebodin will consist of P.L.C.A. Koolen (chairman), P. Bilek and A.M. van der Velden.
