Appointment J. Ruis as member Executive Board Royal BAM Group
Bunnik, 12 December 2003 – After the General Meeting of Shareholders on the 7 May 2004 the Supervisory Board of the Royal BAM Group nv will appoint J. (Jan) Ruis as a member of the Executive Board. Mr Ruis (53) has been employed by the Group since 1971 and is currently director Finance. He will join the Board as Chief Financial Officer.
The Executive Board of Royal BAM Group will then comprise Mr W. van Vonno, chairman, Mr A.J.D. Franklin, Mr J.A.P. van Oosten, Mr J. Ruis and Mr N.J. de Vries.
