Appointments

With effect from the same date the Board of Management of HBG will consist of Carel Jan Reigersman, president, Guus Hoefsloot, Dick Sinninghe Damsté, Kerst Troost and Daan de Waard.

Mr Sinninghe Damsté, member and vice-president of the Board of Management, will resign as from 1 November 2000.

Eric van Baarsel [58], currently director of HBG Bouw en Vastgoed, has been appointed director Group Strategic Sourcing as from 1 October 2000.

Management HBG Bouw en Vastgoed bv

Jan Rossing [56], currently director of HBG Civiel, has been appointed director of HBG Bouw en Vastgoed as from 1 October 2000. Mr Rossing will succeed chairman Chris Sas, who will resign as from 1 January 2001, having attained the statutory retirement age.

Rob de Jong [MBA] [37] – currently director Housing of the business unit HBG Vastgoed – and Rob van Wingerden [MBA] [39], director region north-west of HBG Woningbouw – have both been appointed director HBG Bouw en Vastgoed.

As of 1 January 2001 the management of HBG Bouw en Vastgoed will consist of Jan Rossing, André Bik, Rob de Jong and Rob van Wingerden.

Management HBG Civiel bv

Wouter Remmelts [40], currently director of the business unit HBG Civiel Projecten, has been appointed director of HBG Civiel as from 1 January 2001.

With effect from the same date the Management of HBG Civiel will consist of Daan Sperling, Pieter Koolen, Wouter Remmelts and Arthur Rongen.
