BAM wins contract for hotel in Indonesia

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 23 July 2012 – BAM International, the operating company of Royal BAM Group active outside Europe, has been awarded the contract to build the Margo City Hotel in Depok, south of Jakarta. The contract value amounts to €14 million.

The hotel is situated adjacent to the Margo City Mall which was built by BAM a few years ago for the same client, PT Puri Dibya Property, part of the Djarum Group.

It will take BAM International’s Indonesian subsidiary approximately 19 months to complete the ten-storey hotel building. The three star hotel will feature 288 rooms, including two restaurants and a swimming pool. PT Airmas Asri is the architect.
