Conversion wasteland into 120 Berth Canalboat Marina

Conversion wasteland into 120 Berth Canalboat Marina

Nuttall is in the process of transforming a derelict site along the banks of the Grand Union Canal near Uxbridge into a 120-berth marina and nature reserve complex.

This £3 million project was awarded to Nuttall by British Waterways, who own the site and was keen to put it to productive use. This project was made possible through the development of an innovative remediation strategy proposed by Nuttall in conjunction with the design team from Halcrow Water Services.
