De-listing of AM approaches; BAM controls more than 99% of AM

Bunnik and Nieuwegein, Netherlands, 8 March 2006 – The shares and warrants of AM will be de-listed on Tuesday 14 March 2006, as previously announced on 10 February 2006. The last day that the securities can be traded on Euronext Amsterdam will be Monday 13 March 2006.

At the closure of Euronext Amsterdam on 7 March 2006 Terra Amstel controlled 99.3% of the shares and 100.0% of the warrants. This represents 99.3% of the total outstanding securities.

For the acquisition of the remaining shares, approximately 680,000, Terra Amstel will shortly commence a statutory squeeze out procedure in accordance with article 92a of the Dutch Civil Code.
