HBG Construction rewards children's safety posters

Just for once pupils of the Radyclyffe Primary School in Salford (Manchester) were allowed on the building site near their school. Here, at Salford Quays, HBG builds the six-storey Metro office building. HBG invited the children to receive the prizes for the best safety posters they had made.

Earlier this year, HBG visited the school as part of a safety campaign. BAM's British operating company wanted to increase awareness among children that it is dangerous to tresspass on building sites, especially during the holidays. The pupils were challenged to make safety posters. The best designs would be rewarded with prizes.

After completion, the Metro building will offer close to 7,000 square metres of office space.
