Landmark Liverpool project for HBG Construction
Bunnik, Netherlands, 17 August 2007 – HBG Construction Ltd has been officially appointed to construct the new £90m Mann Island development in Liverpool city centre, for clients Neptune Developments and Countryside Properties. Work will start in September 2007 with full completion expected in December 2010.
Mann Island will offer Liverpool a link between the river Mersey and the city centre featuring public areas, cafes and restaurants, shops, exhibition space, 376 apartments and 13,000 sq m of high quality commercial office space. The first apartments will be ready for occupation in the first quarter of 2009 offering stunning views of the world famous Liverpool waterfront.
