Queens Road, Clifton, Bristol
HBG Construction has been awarded a new contract to design and build shops and apartments behind a retained façade at Queens Road, Clifton in Bristol.
The £10 million project for Crown Dilmun [Dingles] Ltd, will provide 6,000 m2 of retail area, and 6,500 sqm of residential space on eight floors. This is all to be built inside retained façades at the front and back of the building. The three lower floors, for retail use, will be built 'top down' while the residential floors are constructed above.
