Bunnik, 13 May 2003 - Royal BAM Group announces that Mr C.J.A. Reigersman has let it be known that he wishes to step down as vice-chairman and retire from the Executive Board on 31 July 2003.

Mr Reigersman (57) has worked for HBG, Hollandsche Beton Groep nv, in various capacities since 1 October 1974.
