Royal BAM Group contacts Competition Authority

Bunnik, the Netherlands, 14 February 2004 – Prompted by recent rumours concerning possible involvement of construction companies forming part of the Group in breaches of the Competition Act allegedly occurring prior to November 2001, Royal BAM Group has contacted the Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa). The Group has advised the NMa that it will lend every assistance with any inquiries conducted by the NMa in response to these rumours.
