Royal BAM Group launched!
Royal BAM NBM has completed the acquisition of HBG's share capital from Grupo Dragados, bringing Royal BAM Group into existence. Royal BAM Group occupies a strong position in the West-European construction industry, with an order book worth €10.8 billion as at 30 June 2002.
