Tebodin establishes Indian joint venture company

The new joint venture Tebodin Mukesh Consultants & Engineers Private Ltd will focus on industrial clients, who are investing in the local Indian market. Tebodin has already executed projects in India before, assisting core clients offshore as well as onshore. The first joint venture activities have started.

The joint venture between Tebodin and Mukesh Projects Private Ltd is backed up by Mukesh & Associates. Mukesh & Associates is a multidisciplinary consultancy firm based in India with offices in Salem, Chennai, Bangalore and Delhi. Mukesh & Associates offers consultancy services such as architecture, civil, infrastructure, planning and environmental engineering. The firm is established in 1986 and employs 325 people.

Tebodin Consultants & Engineers is an independent, multidiscipline firm with a turnover of € 204 million in 2006. Tebodin employs 2,700 employees, offering its services to clients worldwide. Tebodin has extensive expertise in various markets, such as pharmaceuticals, chemical/fine chemical industry, oil and gas industry, food industry, government and consumer goods. Tebodin has about 50 offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
